The Biggest Loser's Selena Brown has revealed that she thought her fellow contestants were "horrible" to her.

The 21-year-old student from Darwin, who was eliminated from the Australian weight loss reality show earlier this week after begging teammates Michelle Cortesao and Kasey Cheesman to vote her out, said that she got sick of them nagging her all the time.

Brown said in her official Biggest Loser interview: "My dad can tell me what to do. Tiffiny [Hall], my trainer, she can tell me what to do, but to be told all the time by girls from my own team, who are around the same age as me, was so annoying.

"I even took my hearing aid off one day to stop Bek [Rebekah Gilchrist] from nagging me. If I hadn't gotten told what to do all the time, I would've worked harder. That's not making excuses, it's the truth."

Brown accused her white teammates of giving her "mixed messages", saying: "One day they'd be nice, the next horrible. I didn't know what to think and I didn't know how to act.

"They were constantly telling me to pull my head out and get on with it and I just thought, 'What the hell?' It didn't help that Michelle and Kasey were saying, 'We wish we had Bek here and not you'. I encouraged them, supported them but they didn't do the same for me."

Brown admitted that she will "work harder on the outside" because she is "surrounded by love and family" but admitted that she is going "like the tortoise, slow and steady".
