The newcomer can currently be seen in her first leading role in thriller Ishaqzaade.
She told DNA India: "I have no limitations and that is because I believe in myself. When you finish reading a script and you still remember about that one kissing scene and think that the script is good.
"But just because it has a kissing scene, hence you will not do it. This means that with what intention the writer must have wrote that scene, you have not understood it.
"When I was reading the script, I did not think of lovemaking or kissing scenes. The placement of the scene in the movie is right and it is not that it has been put for fun or for everyone to enjoy.
"If the intention of the writer is to have a lovemaking scene, or kissing scene or bikini or dance or whatever, I will do it. I feel as an actor one must not have any inhibition."
Ishaqzaade has had the fifth-biggest opening weekend of any Bollywood film released this year.
Chopra said of its success: "Every film has an audience be it actors or directors or other factors... there is no big draw in this film that would have attracted the audience to theatres. So for this film we are very proud."
Producers Yash Raj launched an application to get people sharing their own love stories ahead of the movie's release last weekend.
Chopra has previously denied that she was cast in the role because of her famous cousin Priyanka.
