'Jab Tak Hai Jaan' London film locations revealed

By
Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma's filming locations for Jab Tak Hai Jaan have been revealed.

The project's trailer shows sites in and around London, which producers earlier attempted to keep under wraps for security reasons.

"One of the songs where Shah Rukh keeps running into Katrina has been filmed at many different places across the capital. Literally every frame shows the actors meeting against the backdrop of iconic London images and street scenes," Bollywood reporter Sunny Malik told Digital Spy.

"Following an early incident where SRK and Kat were almost mobbed and their cars were chased by fans, Yash Raj Films had to be cautious, particularly when filming in public areas."

The promo opens with footage of Kaif running in front of All Saints Parish Church in Blackheath, which had been covered with a layer of artificial snow for the movie.

The video also sees the two lead actors together in front of Somerset House, at Trinity Buoy Wharf in the Docklands, Edgware Road and in a red telephone box.

Khan and Kaif are also shown in a club scene which was filmed over six days in March at Leake Street's 'Banksy Tunnel' close to Waterloo Station.

Scenes with Khan and Sharma in the video have been filmed at Borough Market, Shepherd's Bush and Stansted Airport.

Reminiscent of Yash Chopra's earlier release Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge - shot in Kings Cross station - Khan this time appears at nearby St Pancras station, in front of the John Betjeman statue.

As well as UK locations, the trailer is interspersed with scenes from the Indian region of Ladakh.

The YRF production releases on November 13.
