will.i.am and Sir Tom Jones have appeared in a new promo for The Voice UK.
The clip shows the two coaches share anecdotes about working with two musical legends while competing to mentor a successful contestant.
Jones revealed that he knows when he hears something special, having spent time performing with Elvis Presley.
He says in the video: "I was with Elvis Presley in Hawaii and I was invited to his house and we played and sang together all day. So I know when I hear someone singing like that and playing like that."
will.i.am then compares Jones's story with his own, stating that he once spent time recording in Ireland with Michael Jackson.
Talking about a particular recording session, the Black Eyed Peas frontman said: "One time I was living in Ireland with Michael Jackson. We were recording, and I was making this beat, and he said 'I need you to make the beat a little louder'."
Tom Jones recently told Digital Spy that he has purposely stayed away from TV talent shows until The Voice UK.
The Voice UK premieres on Saturday, March 24 at 7pm on BBC One.
