'Homeland', 'Fresh Meat', 'Community': Tube Talk Q&A

By and Catriona Wightman
It's Thursday, so how about some more television questions and answers? We know you loved Homeland, so we've got some gossip on what's coming up. There's also scoop on Fresh Meat, details of Community's return to US TV, Rachel Bilson news and more on Skins and Gossip Girl.

What more could you want? Read on to get your telly fix and then ask us your own questions by leaving them in the box below!

When is Community coming back to US TV?

Funny you should ask - series creator Dan Harmon recently confirmed that NBC's awesome comedy returns on March 15, in its old slot on Thursdays at 8/7c. That's good news for fans of Jeff, Troy, Abed and the gang, who feared that the axe was dangerously close to being swung...

What can we expect from the final 12 episodes of season three? Well, an upcoming episode will spoof classic crime drama Law & Order - with Annie (Alison Brie) acting as prosecutor in a mock trial - while another will feature a guest spot from Breaking Bad's Gus - actor Giancarlo Esposito!

Oh my God, Homeland on Channel 4 has me hooked! Any teasers?

We told you it was great - and it only gets better from here on out! Episode two 'Grace' - which airs in the UK this Sunday at 9pm - sees Brody (Damian Lewis) begin to show signs of post-traumatic stress disorder and his strained relationship with wife Jessica (Morena Baccarin) deteriorates further...

Meanwhile, Saul (Mandy Patinkin) starts to pick holes in Carrie's theories about Brody, and we meet Lynne Reed (Brianna Brown) - a consort for Saudi Prince Farid Bin Abbud, who may have links to the notorious Abu Nazir (Navid Negahban)!

I loved Fresh Meat last year - any news on when it'll be back?

We loved it too! When we spoke to Kimberley Nixon (Josie), she told us that we can expect the gang back on our screens this autumn. "We're filming the same time we did last year, so it's sort of May to August," she revealed. "Then hopefully it'll air in September - it's a really quick turnaround."

But don't expect any spoilers on what's to come in series two, Kimberley is as clueless as the rest of us! "[The writers] won't tell us anything," she admitted. "They don't trust us with storylines!"

I heard Rachel Bilson has a new show in the US - will we ever get to see it?

You heard right - and yes we will! The show's called Hart of Dixie and sees Rachel playing a doctor who ends up moving to a small town in the South (it's called Bluebell, to be precise).

It's a lovely warm show, and Rachel's obviously great in everything she's in. The good news is that we'll definitely be getting it over here - the bad news is that we've got a bit of a wait. It's going to air on Freeview channel Really from April 30. We've already got it marked in our calendars!

Are Nick and Franky going to get together on Skins?
Skins Series 6: Nick

Let's just say that Nick is still completely head-over-heels with Franky in Monday's episode (which is Nick's instalment, by the way). But there's something of a fly in the ointment - a certain Levan brother is planning to return from Morocco (and his heart still belongs to Franky). Need we say more?

Oh, and those of you hoping to see Alo and Mini get back together - prepare to get a bit worried about Alo's episode! There's an obstacle in their relationship too, and we're not just talking about Mini's secret - Alo might just find himself falling for someone else. Drama!

I heard Gossip Girl's big 100th episode is coming up - what can you tell us?

You're quite right - the big anniversary instalment is due to air on ITV2 on March 5! And it's packed full of stuff, too - it's the day of Blair's wedding to Louis. What could possibly go wrong? (As it turns out, quite a lot - for one thing, a certain Georgina Sparks is back in the Upper East Side...)

We don't want to reveal too much, so we'll just say this: There is a heartfelt chat (which has big consequences, both in this episode and later in the season); someone admits that they have feelings for someone else (but what response will they get?); a dance scene will make you gasp (and we're not even talking about the opening fantasy sequence); and there is a big reveal. We mean big. It's a stupidly entertaining episode - make sure you tune in!
