The Batman And Robin illustrator is attending the show this Saturday to meet fans and sign autographs.
Quitely joins X-Men: First Class and Thor writers Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz on the guestlist. The event organisers have also confirmed that fellow creators David Hine and Rufus Dayglo will appear on Sunday.
Hine is best known for his Marvel and DC contributions, having written X-Men titles for the former, and an issue of Joker's Asylum for the latter. Dayglo draws for 2000AD and Titan Books in the UK as well as IDW Publishing and Image Comics in the US.
Other guests include John Allison, Dan Boultwood, Becky Cloonan, Paul Duffield, Marc Ellerby, Warren Ellis, Gary Erskine, Kieron Gillen, John McCrea, Jamie McKelvie, Jamie Smart and Emma Vieceli.
More than 60,000 visitors are expected to attend this year's event, based on record advance ticket sales. By the beginning of April, 15,000 passes had already been purchased by members of the public.
The MCM Expo takes place at London's Excel this weekend. A separate Midlands MCM Expo is being held in Manchester on July 30.
