The deal covers the publisher's 1990s originals along with its relaunched titles, which will be released under the day-and-date digital model.
Valiant's revival of its classic properties begins today with the release of Robert Venditti and Cary Nord's X-O Manowar #1. Harbinger, Bloodshot and Archer & Armstrong will be rebooted in the coming months.
ComiXology will release digital editions of each comic on the same day their print counterpart arrives in stores. It will also stock digital editions of the original X-O Manowar, Harbinger and Bloodshot series.
"There's tremendous excitement around Valiant's return, and they're bringing with them one of the greatest libraries of characters and stories in comics," said comiXology CEO and co-founder David Steinberger.
"We couldn't be more proud to partner with Valiant in the digital marketplace. We're sure to see the original Valiant fans energised by making these great comics available across the globe, while also bringing in a whole new generation of readers."
X-O Manowar #1 is available in print and digital today.
