The video highlights many of the tools and weapons that players can use to succeed online.
Earlier this year Ubisoft told Digital Spy that multiplayer would feature improved matchmaking and 'deep' story elements.
The campaign will also see a new Den Defence mini-game mode that plays out when defending the city.
Assassin's Creed: Revelations will be released for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC on November 15 worldwide.
