One screen appears to display the landing dock from Aliens, complete with severed limbs.
Set 11 months after the events of the second movie, the game sees Marines crash-land on LV-426 and attempt to survive against the Xenomorph population.
Aliens: Colonial Marines features a four-player co-operative campaign and enemies brand new to the Alien canon.
Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford promised a multiplayer experience to match the campaign, saying that it has received "a huge amount of attention".
Publisher Sega, meanwhile, told Digital Spy that it was great to work with Fox on the Aliens sequel.
Aliens: Colonial Marines will be available on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC this autumn.
