The latest edition of the yearly football franchise will make use of the motion controllers on Xbox 360 and PS3 respectively.
FIFA 13 will also be coming to PlayStation Vita, Nintendo 3DS and PlayStation 2.
While few new details have been revealed, executive producer David Rutter said that FIFA 13 would offer "game-changing innovations".
"We are perfecting the best sports game in the world with innovations that capture all the drama and unpredictability of real-world football," he said.
"These are game-changing innovations that will revolutionise our artificial intelligence, dribbling, ball control and collisions to create a true battle for possession across the entire pitch, and deliver freedom and creativity in attack."
Revealed earlier this month, FIFA 13 will feature five major improvements, including First Touch Control, improved offensive AI and a new free kick system.
Last year, EA told Digital Spy that it would be targeting "gameplay nuance" in its 2012 instalment, as well as adding Kinect functionality.
FIFA 12 was updated with a Euro 2012 expansion ahead of the tournament next month.
FIFA 13 will be available for Xbox 360, PS3, PC, Wii, 3DS, Vita, PS2, iPhone and iPad.
