The 3DS side-scrolling game will launch on Sunday, November 18, according to Eurogamer.
The announcement was made during Nintendo's dedicated 3DS press conference yesterday (June 6).
Announced earlier this year, Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion is a follow-up to Sega Mega Drive title Castle of Illusion.
Using his magical paint brush, Mickey Mouse must prevent Mizrabel from using the Castle of Illusion to imprison other forgotten Disney characters and drain their cartoon essence.

Players use the stylus to paint and trace items into existence, which can then be moved to the 3DS's top screen, where they transform into fully-rendered objects.
In addition to full-colour 3D objects, players can also create characters to place in the world of Wasteland, aiding Mickey in his quest to defeat the evil queen.
The game features levels inspired by Disney films such as Sleeping Beauty and Tangled, while characters saved throughout the course of the game appear in Mickey's fortress.
Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion is being developed by DreamRift, the team behind Nintendo DS pet sim Monster Tale, in collaboration with Disney Interactive's Junction Point.
A Castle of Illusion return was heavily rumoured after Disney trademarked the name in October.
