It released to critical acclaim in Japan last year, earning a 39/40 score in Famitsu.
The 13th entry in the long-running series, players will choose from between two main characters, Jude and Milla, to experience the story from their perspective.
It will also be the first in the franchise to offer an over-the-shoulder viewpoint, as opposed to a traditional top-down view.
Namco Bandai released Tales of Abyss on 3DS last year, while Tales of Graces F will see a European release on August 31.
It was recently revealed that Namco Bandai's profits rose thanks to the 3DS.
