The limited collector's edition will package the game in a special steelbook case along with a VIP Festival Ticket, granting access to exclusive DLC including five additional cars, limited edition car liveries and an accelerator token pack to speed up advancement through the game.
Users who pre-order Forza Horizon will receive a download code that can be used to unlock one of four cars in the game to use right away, including the 2012 Aston Martin Virage, 2011 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, 2010 Ferrari 458 Italia or 2010 Nissan 370Z.
Pre-orders will also instantly receive a download code for a Forza Horizon-themed 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT8 392 to use in Forza 4.
Pre-order bonuses apply to both the game's standard edition and limited collector's edition. The deal is available at select retailers including Game, GameStation and Amazon in the UK or GameStop, Best Buy and Amazon for the US.
Forza Horizon is developed by Playground Games, a UK studio created by former DiRT, TOCA and Colin McRae developers, which Forza studio Turn 10 described as a "partner".
It follows the critically-acclaimed racing title Forza Motorsport 4, which was released for Xbox 360 in October last year.
Box artwork from the game previously surfaced, depicting a red Dodge Viper against a mountainous backdrop with a festival taking place in the background.
Forza Horizon will be released for Xbox 360 on October 23.
