The star of the cult sci-fi film is wanted for a guest role but not as a star in the new movie, the director has revealed.

"I don't think it'll be Harry [starring]," Scott told The Independent. "But I've got to have him in it somewhere. That'd be amusing."
It was recently confirmed that the follow-up movie will be a sequel rather than a prequel and that it will centre around a female protagonist.
Rumors have been flying about Ford's involvement in the film after it was announced last year.
Blade Runner recently took the number one spot in SFX's poll of the top 100 science fiction, fantasy and horror movies of all time.
Scott's Alien prequel Prometheus will premiere this week.
