A new trailer for Joseph Gordon-Levitt's upcoming thriller Premium Rush has been released.
Premium Rush tells the story of a bike messenger who finds himself in danger after picking up a lethal package. It stars Gordon-Levitt alongside Michael Shannon and Jamie Chung.
The trailer, posted by Yahoo Movies, features more scenes than the first trailer between Gordon Levitt and Shannon, who plays a dirty cop in the film.
Gordon-Levitt suffered an injury requiring 31 stitches while shooting one of the film's action scenes in August 2010.
He has said that he thinks of the film as a "bicycle action movie", adding: "I just think it's kind of a brilliant idea. It's a summer popcorn action movie. Instead of glorifying cars and guns, it glorifies bicycles. I think that's great."
Premium Rush is out in cinemas on August 24 in the US and on September 14 in the UK.
