The black and white animation is a remake of Burton's 1984 debut short film.
The clip follows the first shorter trailer released back in March.
Frankenweenie follows Victor (Charlie Tahan), who decides to bring his pet dog Sparky back to life after he gets run over by a car.
Martin Landau, Winona Ryder and Christopher Lee also star in the 3D horror-comedy.
The film will be released on October 5 in the US and October 17 in the UK.
