Sylvester Stallone and Jason Statham feature in the scene, improvising when trying to take down a helicopter.
Terry Crews and Jet Li also briefly feature in the sequence as the team fight a host of bad guys.
The follow-up to 2010's action film The Expendables also stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Chuck Norris and Jean-Claude Van Damme.
Liam Hemsworth, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture, Scott Adkins, Charisma Carpenter, Nikolette Noel and Yu Nan complete the cast.
The film recently unveiled a Last Supper-inspired poster.
Jason Statham has described the film as an "old-school action" picture.
