Directed by Hush's Mark Tonderai, the film centres on a mother (Elisabeth Shue) and daughter (Lawrence) as they move to a new home next door to where a young girl killed her parents.
Digital Spy has an exclusive preview clip from the movie, in which Lawrence's Elissa hears of the "Jacobson boy", the sole survivor of the gruesome murder years earlier.
House at the End of the Street features Max Thieriot, Gil Bellows and Nolan Gerard Funk among its supporting cast. The film debuts in cinemas on September 21.
