Iron Man 3 pits Tony Stark against an "enemy whose reach knows no bounds" after his personal life falls into disarray.
Gwyneth Paltrow reprises her role as Pepper Potts and Don Cheadle returns as well as Lt Col James 'Rhodey' Rhodes.
Sir Ben Kinsgley is joining the franchise as the villainous Mandarin, with Guy Pearce portraying Aldrich Killian.
The movie will also feature the debut of the Iron Patriot suit, which is rumoured to be worn by Eric Savin (James Badge Dale).
Iron Man 3 will debut in cinemas on May 3, 2013.
