The pair will release 'No Church In The Wild' as the seventh single to be lifted from their debut collaborative album Watch The Throne.
The accompanying music video sees a clash between rioters and police in the city, while fire bombs are thrown around the streets.
Later scenes see cuts to Greek statues, a green laser show in the street and an elephant backing onto its hind legs amongst all the chaos.
'No Church In The Wild' was produced by 88-Keys, West and Mike Dean and features guest vocals from Frank Ocean.
Dean recently revealed that Jay-Z and Kanye West have plans to record a follow-up to 2011's Watch The Throne.
