The singer's 2009 'Funhouse' tour featured a variety of acrobatic stunts, including her swinging upside down on a trapeze and dropping towards the stage on a bungee rope.
The 33-year-old played London's iTunes Festival earlier this week.
She told the Daily Star: "This is my first gig in a long while and I didn't know how it would go.
"I do think I sound better upside down. I'm finding it hard remembering the words singing standing up."
Pink added: "I miss the bungee. I loved all the acrobatics so we are trying to figure out what to do for the next tour, something rad.
"It's amazing to be back. I've been pining for a stage. But having a baby changes the logistics of touring. I don't hang out with my bandmates at the bar anymore."
Pink, who welcomed daughter Willow between the acrobatic tour and her new album, insisted that motherhood has not changed her.
"I haven't lost my edge. Having a baby doesn't change your attitude," she said.
"The new album is about love but aren't they all? I wrote it seven months after she was born."
