This November, Rihanna releases her sixth studio album in seven years. It's a mean feat even by pop's standards - made even more astounding given that her latest, currently untitled LP will be her third in as many years.
We'll admit we were unsure about the prospect of a new RiRi record for 2011 - not least because we're still enjoying her most recent set Loud, of which its latest cut 'Cheers (Drink To That)' was only officially released last week.
Until it was recently confirmed by the lady herself on Twitter, we'd have happily suggested a re-packaged version of her current opus with a handful of extra tracks in time for Christmas; but as it turns out - in between a non-stop promotional tour and worldwide jaunt - she's found enough time to churn out a complete album's worth of material.
Question is, could Rihanna be jumping the gun by putting out another record so quickly? Are you ready for Rihanna's next album and, more importantly, are you willing to buy another so soon after the last? Truth be told, judging by her forthcoming album's trailer 'We Found Love', she's far from losing her hit-pulling power yet.
Moreover, would you prefer to see her take some time out of the spotlight altogether? With wall-to-wall album releases, ubiquitous airplay and singles on constant rotation around the top 40, is Rihanna's constant presence starting to get on your wick?
