The Heathman Hotel, which is located in Portland, Oregon and is the setting of a number of scenes in EL James's erotic novel, is capitalizing on the book's success by offering the themed add-on.
For $40 (£25), guests can enjoy a "beautiful white wine that Christian and Anastasia enjoy, complete with a little grey tie wrapped around the bottle neck," general manager Chris Erickson told People.
In addition, the hotel's bar features a Fifty Shades of Gin cocktail created by its resident bartender.
Patrons with a little more money to spend can go purchase the 'Charlie Tango' package for $2,750 (£1,753), which includes a helicopter ride and dinner for six.
Earlier this month, James signed a deal to launch an official range of clothing and underwear inspired by the book.
The novel is currently being developed into a movie.
