Sleepwalking mum video becomes viral hit - watch

A son has filmed his mother during one of her bouts of sleepwalking.

Comedian Nicola (Nick) Foti from Middlesex, New Jersey captured on film his mother performing a strange dance in the kitchen while sleepwalking.



Foti asks: "What exactly are you doing, ma?" After spinning in circles, she replies: "It's a special code".

She then continues to say: "I was trying to open up the tomato cage... I was doing a special thing but the tomato cage wouldn't open... I tried many things but it wouldn't open and I'm pissed off now."

"Whatever medication she's on makes her sleepwalk/sleeptalk and even sleepeat. So glad I got this one on video lol," Foti wrote in the video's YouTube description.

The clip has been viewed over a million times since it was uploaded just three days ago (September 6).

Foti later released a reaction video, where he shows his mother the original clip.



Laughing, she says: "I had a dream about cherry-picking or tomato-picking-something."

The reaction video has been since seen more times than the first video.
