George Lopez 'divorcing wife'

George Lopez has filed for divorce from his wife Ann, it has been reported.

The couple have been married for 17 years and are parents to one 15-year-old daughter.

A source told TMZ that Lopez and his wife have been planning the split "for a long time".

The pair are said to have separated amicably and plan to remain friends for the sake of their daughter.
