Parents Mitch and Janis, boyfriend Reg Traviss and her closest friends hosted a farewell gig which included Mark Ronson, former bandmate Zalon Thompson and her backing singers performing tracks from Back To Black.
Mitch also took to the stage, singing a few of his daughter's favourite songs from the likes of Carole King and Frank Sinatra.
A source said told The Sun: "It was a really special and emotional night, the ultimate celebration of Amy's life for those closest to her.
"Everyone had smiles on their faces and tears streaming down them at some point. Amy loved that place and would have wanted everyone to have a good time.
"Mitch was singing his heart out when he wasn't overcome with grief. The rest of the family spent the night sharing treasured memories."
Kelly Osbourne, Eliza Doolittle and BBC Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw were also in attendance.
Earlier, the family had visited the Southgate synagogue for Shiva, a Jewish tradition which requires a family to mourn for a week.
Ronson has also paid tribute to the star at his gigs this week, while Mitch was seen handing out Amy's possessions to fans, stating that it is "what she would have wanted".
Amy was found dead in her London home last Saturday, aged 27.
