However, Beyoncé's publicist Yvette Noel-Schure told E! News that the speculation is "foolish".
Beyoncé was accused of wearing a fake baby bump while attending the MTV VMAs earlier this year.
During her interview on Sunday Night, the star revealed that her baby is due in February.
