A report recently surfaced claiming that the 'Livin' la Vida Loca' singer was planning to marry boyfriend Carlos Gonzalez Abella.
The story indicated that Martin and Abella had scheduled a January 28 wedding in New York City.
However, a rep for Martin has denied the claim, saying that it is entirely false.
"It is a completely incorrect report," the rep told E! Online. "Ricky Martin has no set plans to marry."
Martin recently was named the most searched-for gay celebrity on Google in 2011.
The singer is to appear on Glee as a Spanish instructor.
Martin can next be seen playing Che Guevara in a revival of Evita on Broadway.
