Ward was arrested in DeKalb County, Georgia last July when he refused to take a breathalyser test after crashing his car into a curb.

The NFL star had been at a local bar before the accident and patrons later disputed that he was intoxicated. One witness said Ward was "not drinking heavily, did not want to be bothered, and seemed genuinely disinterested" before leaving the bar.
Ward's DUI charge was dismissed by a DeKalb County prosecutor this week after the athlete agreed to plead guilty to a lesser charge of reckless driving.
The star will be required to serve one year of probation as well as pay a $2,000 (£1,272) fine.
Ward must also complete 80 hours of community service and take part in an alcohol evaluation, according to The AP.
He and professional partner Kym Johnson won the 12th season of Dancing with the Stars in May 2011.
