The couple joined the Kardashian family at the opening of Kourtney's boyfriend Scott Disick's RYU Restaurant in New York.
Accompanied by West, Kim joined Kourtney, sisters Kylie, Kendall and Khloe, and mother Kris on the red carpet to show their support for Disick.
Khloe - who was joined by husband Lamar Odom - had previously said that she did not think her sister's new relationship with the 'Gold Digger' star was "serious".
"I don't think it's serious. I think it's too soon," she told Watch What Happens Live. "But because they've been friends for so long, it's just so easy and that's something I love seeing for Kim - the easiness and how happy she is. And it's just more of a great friendship and friendships make the best relationships."
Despite not having officially confirmed that they are dating, the pair were photographed together numerous times, while Kim wore gold earrings with West's initials 'KW'.
