The Battleship actress, who married husband Andy Roddick in 2009, has said that the couple will consider adoption when they are ready to have kids.
"I want to adopt a child or a baby with an intellectual disability one day," Decker revealed in a new interview with Flare.
"I mean, that's in the distant future, but that's always been a goal of mine. Unfortunately a lot of kids with intellectual disabilities are given up for adoption when they're born 'cause it's a lot for a family."
Decker has said that getting married young was a natural choice as her parents had done so.
She has insisted that she and Roddick are in no hurry to have children and will take their time when it comes to settling down and starting a family.
