According to TMZ, despite a report that Drake will be arrested for reckless endangerment, sources in law enforcement say that the rapper has been implicated in no crime.
Officers involved in the case reportedly said that they have "no suspects, complaints or arrest warrants at this time".
Chris Brown's attorney Mark Geragos currently claims that he has evidence that Drake threw glassware during the incident.
Drake has denied any responsibility for the brawl, with his spokesperson saying: "He was on his way out of the club when the altercation began."
