Lucy Pavlovsky was in the VIP section of the W.i.P. nightclub when the fight broke out, and suffered large cuts across her arm which required 12 stitches.
Javier Solano, the victim's lawyer, claimed that she had ducked down when bottles started flying between the two parties and didn't notice that her arm was "gushing blood" until she was on her way out of the venue.
Solano said that his client then took a cab to the nearest hospital and received a total of 12 stitches to close up two deep wounds on her arm, as well as a tetanus injection.
According to Solano, Pavlovsky was interviewed by NYPD officers on Friday (June 15), who told her they were gathering evidence for a possible criminal complaint.
In a statement, Solano suggested that the lawsuit would most likely be filed against the club, but Drake and Brown could also be implicated.
"At this moment we are exploring all options on who will become a defendant," he said.
"I can assure you that regardless of fame, money or stature, the people responsible will be held accountable."
Brown's legal team have claimed that they have evidence that Drake threw bottles during the brawl, but police have reportedly said they have no plans to arrest the rapper.
