The 'Beautiful People' singer was injured during the brawl with a bottle that he claims Drake threw at him, leaving a large gash across his chin.
Drake has since denied any involvement in the incident, with a rep insisting that the rapper was "on his way out of the club" when the fight began.
The New York Post reports that Brown's attorney Mark Geragos has turned over new evidence that proves Drake was indeed involved.
"I believe the police are building a case against Drake and his thugs," Geragos said. "Clearly, Drake was the instigator, and there is evidence he threw glassware."
Geragos has not clarified what exactly his evidence is. Video taken from the event has proven inconclusive.
Clubgoers outside of the Drake and Brown entourages were injured during the chaos, and now several people are threatening to sue.
