Katy Perry on plans after Part of Me film: 'I want to go into a cave'

Katy Perry has said that she wants to "go into a cave" once she's completed promotion on her upcoming film.

The singer stars in documentary Katy Perry: Part of Me, which follows her journey since the release of second album Teenage Dream back in 2010, including a world tour.















"I think I'm going to go into a cave after this. It might be appropriate," Perry told Us Weekly.

"I would like to be in a beautiful unplugged place where there's not a lot going on so I can get back into and hopefully write some good songs.

"Just take these damn extensions out of my hair and fill my head again! Although I will look like a complete freak."

Perry previously insisted that she is "taking a f**king vacation" following her hard work in recent years.

Katy Perry: Part of Me will be released worldwide on Thursday, July 5.
