The Canadian singer has received his diploma from St Michael Catholic Secondary School in his hometown of Stratford, Ontario.
The 18-year-old did not attend the school's commencement ceremony, which was held last week, reports the Toronto Sun.
"We are very proud of Justin and all of the other 192 graduates of St Michael school. However, we're not at liberty to discuss any personal plans or information about Justin or any other graduate," said St Michael's principal Tim Doherty.
Bieber, who rose to fame with his 2010 single 'Baby', has revealed that he has no plans to pursue a university education.
During a recent interview on The Late Show with David Letterman, he said: "I can't say I'm never gonna, like, go to college but at this point I'm not, like, planning on it."
The 'Boyfriend' singer is set to perform at the upcoming Teen Choice Awards.
