The ailing star's daughter Francesca Hilton made a bid for conservatorship in March, clashing with Gabor's husband Frédéric Prinz von Anhalt over the proper care of the 95-year-old actress.
Judge Reva Goetz approved an agreement made during a court hearing on Wednesday (July 11).
The terms of the settlement stipulate that Hilton will be allowed to visit her mother weekly, while her attorneys will gain clearance to monitor Gabor's finances.
von Anhalt will continue to look after Gabor, and will make all decisions regarding her medical care.
Gabor, best known for her acting work in the 1950s and 1960s, has suffered poor health in recent years.
She underwent stomach surgery last October and an amputation of her right leg in January 2011 due to an infection.
