Last week, Peazer was confirmed as one of the dancers at the Horse Guards Parade venue for the event at London 2012.
"Most of our routines have a 20 or 30 seconds purely just out-to-the-crowd, jumping up and down, getting you going, because that's what everyone associates with beach volleyball," Peazer said to Young Presenter Ash.
"It's about the crowd really getting involved with what's going on."
She added: "You chuck the arms up as though you're saying to the thousands of people watching you, 'Get up off your seats and have a party - rain or sun'."
Last month, One Direction star Payne defended Peazer on Twitter after she was criticised by some of his fans.
Payne later confirmed that the couple had moved in together, though he admitted that Peazer was "there alone most of the time" because of his work schedule.
