TMZ reports that 21-year-old Henry is being sued by the girl's mother for "plying her with drugs and alcohol" before allegedly forcing her to have sex.
The plaintiff claimed that her daughter met the Restless actor in February 2011 and that the two began communicating via Facebook, during which time it is claimed he invited her to visit him at his home in Venice, California and promised her access to alcohol and illegal drugs.
The lawsuit obtained by the website, filed under the name 'Jane Doe', went on to allege that Henry would make sure the 15-year-old was intoxicated before he "engaged in sexually offensive conduct with her", including "sexual intercourse, forced oral copulation and sodomy".
The documents go on to claim that the actor "preyed upon a young impressionable child, suggesting that he cared for her, luring her into his home with promises of alcohol and illegal drugs, and then repeatedly taking advantage of her youth and vulnerability".
Doe said that the teenage girl, who is now 16 years of age, suffered extensive emotional and physical damage and received treatment from mental health professionals following the incidents.
Henry is being sued for an unspecified amount.
