Fabian Zanzi is suing the actor after alleging that Travolta took off his robe and pushed against him when he delivered food to the star's cabin during a cruise in 2009.
According to TMZ, in court papers filed by the star's lawyer Marty Singer on Friday (August 3), Travolta wants all charges brought against him by Zanzi dropped, and for the cruise ship worker to pay for all legal fees.
Travolta, however, has admitted to being on the Royal Caribbean cruise at that time.
Zanzi, who is suing for unspecified damages, also alleges that the 58-year-old offered him $12,000 (£7,600) to keep silent on the matter.
Travolta has recently been hit with a number of sexual misconduct lawsuits, and was also sued in June by an author who claims that the actor attempted to discredit him after he made allegations about Travolta's sexuality.
