The former Beverly Hills, 90210 actress recently claimed that her approximate 20 lb weight loss was a sign of her changing body following her divorce from Peter Facinelli.

However, she has since admitted to paying much closer attention to what she eats, concentrating mostly on protein and low-fat dairy products.
"I'm just taking care of myself: Eating less, exercising more, drinking a lot of coconut water," Garth explained to Us Weekly.
"I eat a lot of Greek yogurt: Greek yogurt in the morning, salads and proteins the rest of the day and maybe a cupcake if I've been a good girl. I don't believe in depriving yourself of things you want."
Garth recently credited former 90210 co-star Luke Perry with helping her recover from her split from Facinelli.
