The Real Housewives of Atlanta star announced in March that she is pregnant with her second child with her husband Kroy Biermann.
She has now told Life & Style that the couple are expecting their second son, following the birth of Kroy Jagger last May.
Zolciak, who also has two daughters from a previous relationship, said: "We'll save money since we already have all this boy stuff... Two boys and two girls; it's just a blessing - perfect!"
She also admitted that she "didn't care" about the sex of her child, adding: "We just want a healthy baby."
Zolciak's Real Housewives co-star Sherée Whitfield recently announced that she has decided to leave the series as she is "tired of the fighting and the cattiness".
