The pregnant reality star confirmed the happy news in the newest issue of In Touch.
"Everyone said I was going to have a boy, and they were right," Snooki declared.
She went on to say she's overjoyed even though she had originally hoped that her first child would be a girl.
"I thought it was going to be a girl," Snooki admitted. "I was hoping it would be, because all girls want girls. It's still my baby, no matter what. I'm excited either way!"
Snooki also promised to never "party hard" again now that she is becoming a mother.
A source close to the star has said she will not be living with her Jersey Shore co-stars during season six so as to avoid the cast's frequently drunken antics.
Snooki refused to comment on those rumors, but did say Tuesday that she will certainly be avoiding "the smoosh room" from now on.
The Jersey Shore star will give birth in September.
