POTD: 'Emmerdale's Belle tries to rescue Zak armed with spade

Belle Dingle faces grave danger as she attempts to rescue her dad Zak from loan sharks in tonight's Emmerdale.

Zak Dingle wanted to sacrifice himself to the debt collectors who are bamboozled when his daughter emerges.

Leaping out of the Dingle van, the schoolgirl uses a garden spade as protection as she attempts to diffuse the situation.



But has Belle managed to make Zak's situation even more bleak as she is disarmed and bundled back in the car?

However by phoning mum Lisa, help could be on its way...

Emmerdale airs tonight (Thursday, July 12) at 7pm on ITV1, returning for a second edition at 8pm.
