'Coronation Street' cast film Rita's wedding - In pictures

Pictures have emerged of Rita's upcoming wedding on Coronation Street.

The cast were spotted filming scenes at a church in Manchester on Tuesday (April 24).

Rita Sullivan (Barbara Knox) became engaged to Dennis Tanner (Philip Lowrie) last month, but the big day will be dominated by a dramatic plotline, which was recently revealed.

The episode is due to be broadcast in June, to coincide with the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations.
