Winfrey will be speaking with Whitney's daughter on Oprah's Next Chapter, which has previously featured in-depth interviews and profiles with the likes of Paula Deen, Steven Tyler and Joel Osteen.
Winfrey is also due to interview Whitney's sister-in-law and manager Patricia Houston, who was one of the speakers at the singer's funeral, as well as Whitney's brother Gary.
OWN released a statement saying: "Bobbi Kristina shares personal memories of her mum and how she would like the iconic superstar to be remembered. The family also addresses the rumors and speculation surrounding Houston's death."
Whitney Houston was found dead in her Beverly Hills Hilton hotel room on February 11, hours before she was due to appear at mentor Clive Davis's annual Grammys pre-party.
Prior to the Bobbi Kristina interview, OWN will air its Remembering Whitney: The Oprah Interview special, involving a 2009 interview between Winfrey and Whitney, and the 58-year-old's personal memories of the star.
The Bobbi Kristina interview on Oprah's Next Chapter will air on Sunday, March 11 at 9pm.
