Breaking In - starring Christian Slater and Megan Mullally - had been pulled from the schedules to make way for New Girl repeats last month, but has now been fully cancelled.
The comedy was launched in April 2011 as a midseason replacement, but was soon axed by Fox. However, it was later recommissioned for a second season, relaunching in March with New Girl as a lead-in.
Jaime Pressly sitcom I Hate My Teenage Daughter had also been pulled from schedules in April, with the axe now officially confirmed by the network.
Fox had earlier announced that Kiefer Sutherland drama Touch has been renewed for a second season, while Alcatraz and The Finder are rumoured to have been cancelled.
