Initial reports revealed that production on the final season of the show had been halted, as both Noble and co-star Blair Brown were apparently sick.

Filming was expected to resume next week, but sources now tell The Hollywood Reporter the delay has been extended to around August 7.
Noble is allegedly being treated for an unknown sleeping disorder during his time away from the show.
Season five of Fringe - also starring Joshua Jackson and Anna Torv - will debut on September 28 on Fox.
The show airs on Sky1 in the UK.
Fringe producer Joel Wyman recently revealed his disappointment that the show failed to receive any Emmy nominations this year.
