Beyoncé would never judge 'X Factor' USA, says father Mathew Knowles

Beyoncé's father and former manager Mathew Knowles has claimed that the singer will never judge a reality show.

The 'Love On Top' singer was recently been rumoured to be replacing Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul on the X Factor USA panel, though Simon Cowell himself branded the claim as "absolute nonsense".



However, Beyoncé's parent has since insisted that she would not have agreed to the role even if Cowell approached her.

"It would never happen as Beyoncé would never do that," Knowles told the Sunday Mirror. "There are a few things that she would never do and that is one. It's not for her."

It has been reported this weekend that Britney Spears rejected a $10m (£6m) deal to judge season two of The X Factor USA.

Avril Lavigne, LeAnn Rimes, Mariah Carey and Katy Perry have also also been tipped to join the contest.
