The two shows will go head-to-head in the ratings on Wednesday (September 11) due to NBC's decision to add a third night to The Voice's season premiere week.
Spears was asked how she feels about facing her longtime pop rival Aguilera in this talent show ratings battle while speaking to Access Hollywood.
"[I'm] ecstatic. I'm elated," Spears quipped.
The 'Toxic' singer added that she really doesn't feel as if there's any competition because The Voice and The X Factor USA are so different.
"It's really interesting. I do find they're both really interesting shows," she admitted. "I mean, they captivate on the same things. In all honestly, I do feel like they're two totally different shows, you can't really compare the two."
Her fellow X Factor judge Simon Cowell reiterated his displeasure with NBC's decision to schedule the shows against each other.
"None of us are happy about it. It is literally what's known as 'spoiling the party'," Cowell declared.
The Voice continues its three-night premiere tonight (September 11) at 8/7c on NBC and airs at the same time on Wednesday.
The X Factor USA kicks off its second season at 8/7c on Wednesday on Fox.
